1. Great workout. I’m pretty active but don’t use a gym since i have a loved one at home to take care of. These challenge me without overdoing and I good mix from the straight cardio/aerobics ones I’ve been doing. I also love you incorporate the step but at a reasonable pace. Thank you. 63 young in VA

  2. I can't thank you enough for this video! I did the workout this morning and felt great for the rest of the day. It is the first video that I have found on YouTube that I could complete and feel that it is going to make me stronger. I can also increase the weights as I get more fit. So glad I saved my step board! I love the way you give alternatives to the moves and the music is great! No jerky moves and I didn't have to get on the floor to work my abs!
