I decided to start working out about 3 months ago… I do a flow with your everyday at 6 am(only quiet time around here) I really like it… between a morning flow and an evening aerobic I’ve lost about 20 lbs … my body is changing for the better and I’m loving it(i have 3 kids,couldn’t even feel if I had muscles in my belly anymore)I recommend your videos to anyone who asks what I’m doing … my friend and I call you “whisper lady” and every morning she texts me to ask me if am done “whispering” 😂thank you very much… you really are great😊
