1. This may sound crazy, I burn about 4,000 calories a day. I have trouble getting to my daily expenditure. I try to eat about 500-525-550 on my carb cycles and I always seem to hit a wall at the 400 range because my fats and proteins are already high as it is. Any help?

Ive been on the thomas delauer train on strict keto for the past 6 months and have lost some fat but am stuck on a plateau and become low energy…Want to try this carb (are they really gonna kill me??) cycling plan…Will I die or blimp out on the high-carb day on re-introduction of carbs to my diet??

  3. I really wish I had discover the “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) a long time ago. I dropped 12 lbs in 3 weeks up to now. Of course I exercise a few times weekly, and also eat right. The results shown to me is fantastic. I undoubtedly encourage the product, hope it works as excellent for you since it really does for me. .

  4. Thank you for your video… what would you say to someone like me who is diabetic who is also doing Keto… Because when I go to the gym I start feeling like I'm going to faint. And I think it would be more beneficial for me to have carbohydrates the evening before I know I'm going to be lifting… I really don't wanna faint and feel like crap and not be able to finish my work out have you heard of this type of carb cycling before?

    And I don't mean a whole bunch of carbs the night before like in the form of pasta or pizza.

    I mean like instead of eating 30 or 40 net carbs which is what I usually stay at with Keto, But like increasing it to a 100 carbs the night before lifting…

  6. Cheers for this video! I'm slowly beginning to get serious about weight loss (I'm at 150kg at the moment) and started doing some research and came across carb cycling and intermittent fasting and wanted to know more. Lots of great information as to what I would be getting myself into and figure it is not good for me at the moment but, once some meal planning/exercise planning becomes habit, I'll definitely be looking into this more.

    Again thank you for this, even though this is 2 years old, as it has given me at least a shred bit more hope than before. 🙂

  10. I'm fat skinny. I look fat, but when I take off my sweater off and get my pump on in the gym, I look yolked. Tbh time to reduce body fat index on myself.

  11. I just started this plan, and I can't eat that much food. I'm actually worried this meal plan will make me fatter. I'm currently 165lbs, lean muscular, but I can't get rid of that last thin layer of belly fat. Am I in the wrong spot?

  12. If I'm intermittently fasting, and also have a daily calorie expenditure of around 2500cal, would I still be alright to eat these 5 meals in a single day, or should I cut some off since I am only eating for 8 hrs per day?

  13. Thank you for clearing the "MUD" with carb cycling. My question is you talked about high or low carbs on a day you want to have fun (so your not HANGRY) but should you eat HC with HIIT routine or should you eat a LC that day? I do CrossFit and HIIT so I would like to cycle correctly.
