1. Those of you asking about best time of day to workout, I think you can do this series pre-breakfast first thing in the morning or last thing at night (after you last meal). Post natal mums might find that getting your workout in in the morning before your bub wakes up or even after putting them to sleep in the evening might actually coincide with the most convenient time for you anyway 👍
