  2. What I don't understand is the calorie count. 2600 calories a day is over the 2200 recommend for a male adult. So how can I lose weight if I am eating more calories? Isn't caloric deficit the way to lose weight?

  3. that's a lot of food, i feel like i m undereating, with my diet plan and program (medical one for health reasons that i kept even after recovery) i barely consume 30g of oat/fruits/greekyogurt, and barely 200gs of chicken based proteins/ 300gs of vegies usually spinage since i got a lack of iron plus supplements per day, might change it up a bit but not sure what to do.

  4. Very nice, but prices in other countries will vary to the extremely. Here in Norway all these ingredients for the lunch, picking mainly the cheapest brand, will come to $22.65. Which is $4.53 per meal. And, God forbid, if you want to pick organic produce you'll have to fork out almost $50. 10 bucks a lunch.

  5. 01:55 Is that true that Soy milk isn't bad for you? I heard it gives you manboobs and turns you into a female,that is where the term Soy-boy comes from, if a person drinks soy milk they will get sick, but that is just what I heard, what do you guys think? What is the truth?

  6. I don't know where you live, but I'm gonna guess United States. Vegetable, rice, and salsa are not that cheap. Maybe you are thinking of portions but when you call out the final estimated price for a homemade burrito bowl, it doesn't seem like you were calculating price of each product into 5 portions. A good video, but numbers are important

  7. Everything looks absolutely delicious but I could never mealprep breakfast five days ahead. Imagine the mashed up banana after five days 🥴 you could easily peel and mash the bananas just the night before, it doesn’t exactly take that much time.

  8. bro just get that tofu and soy milk the fuck out of here lmao. if anything almond milk. there is so many better tasting things to put than tofu. what are the health benefits to that and fat burning? i need scientific evidence that tofu keeps the waist slim lmfao.
