  2. Today was my first day of trying this and let me tell you, it gets harder throughout the workout which I love! I’m actually so proud of myself, I think I did very well, I’m also combining this with intermittent fasting. 🙂
    You can feel the calories burning but it doesn’t feel like total torture🤭💞

  3. Amazing, and super easy workout to do. I love that it’s not super complicated moves but it feels challenging. I now have some new workouts to take to college with me 🙂 and hopefully not wake up my roommate
