I just wanted to say thank you for this video and the one breaking down burpees, thanks to your video I do burpees on my lunch break 4 days a week, and getting better at it each week, I lost 10 pounds already, I have high blood pressure and these workouts make my quality of life better, just wanted to thank you

  3. Funk, I am a huge fan of your work, dedication and awesome videos. But OH Man,..where I completely fail is at night! I am horrible at snacking after dinner, horrible. And all the hard work I've put in for the day went out the window! ugh! 47yr old geezer here.

  4. Hi Funk. Love your videos. How about this as an idea for a HIIT workout: work interval 1 is 30 reps of double kb snatch (10), press ups (10), jumping squats holding kb's (10). Work interval 2 is 30 reps of double kb thrusters (10), bent over rows (10), racked reverse lunges (10)? I would love to see you demo it. Cheers.

  6. Can anybody explain me does Strength and conditioning contains cardio training or are these two different if they are what are the differences.
    How do fighters manage these training in their training schedule.
