  2. So excited to try this!! I’ve tried you work outs before and my booty was noticeably bigger!! Guys her workouts are legit!! Highly recommend get ankle weights. They definitely speed up the result at they did for me. Also recommend Russian twist,those plank dips and bicycle crunches to complete the bottle figure. Works. Just have to be consistent and up your caloric take like she says. The BEST THING ever was stumble on her page

  3. To the people that aren't getting results …. don't train your gluteus Medius too much !… I watched a few videos about it and if you train that too much ….you'll look worse
