  2. A lot of people don't know this but Derek actually got into a huge motorcycle accident and his delts were what saved him.   5. AGREED . Tried it & love it. Used 3x so far, so good. Started with HALF scoop since I work out early morning after 3 cups of coffee. And, as Derek says “Doesn’t taste like Ass”!

  7. Stopped supplementing with creatine. Caused me elevated liver enzymes. 2nd blood test = all back To within normal ranges. I would have never guessed it but my HRT coach knew the minute she got my results back I was taking it.
