  3. Those 12 mins were Gahbage hahahee only kidding ScottLad, that was brill work and immediately know real high intensity training…..for the arms especially. I've felt and done a nasty 10 min burning non backto back workout a few week ago I could barely pull or push a door when I finished it

  4. Love your videos! Has made me feel more confident in lifting. It's slow for me but I am starting to learn what muscle connection is. I'm a 28 year old female and have been working my butt off… Why can I not progress to male push ups…

  5. Scott bro I’m going to keep it real I’m trying to join the Air Force and according to them they want me to drop 50 pounds of weight but I don’t want to lose any muscle any suggestions?

  7. ,I just made it all 3 rounds Its awesome training U rule Dude I lost 25 kg because of u and gained 12 kg of muscle I am 32y.o. and I feel awesome 6.3 (192sm) 103 kg Keep with the awesome tips and smart advice !!! 10x for all u teaching us !!!!
