  1. in the biostrap user manual it mentions that some of its readings can fail during the automated 5 & 10 minute cycles, do to to much motion.
that seems odd considering its meant to track you why ll you exercise. did you run into any dropped data collection issues at any point during the day so far with your time using the biostrap ? thx you!

  2. hi! thanks for doing an updated review on the biostrap!
For active HR monitoring – As you mentioned the biostrap doesn't do – but this just means that I can't view my heart rate in real time correct? So, does it measure HR and HRV during the workout and then you can view it later on the app? I'm more concerned about having that data logged vs just being able to see the data in real time.

    thanks!

  3. Hi dr yo, which one is good option whoop or biostrap? Im a football player who which to see my recovery, training overload stuff so i don't overtrain. Thanks in advance

  4. I really appreciated that review, and it helped me clearly understand the differences between BioStrap and the other options out there. The one thing that really bothers me about this tracker is that there is no screen for a simple watch face. I love using a regular wrist watch, and the BioStrap would mean I'd need to have my watch on one arm and the strap on the other, and that just feels so excessive. But for biometrics, BioStrap really seems to be the way to go for wrist trackers.

  5. That’s a really great review and what I mean by that is that your opinions Rammy are backup up with data and your direct experiences. Also I learned more about Biostrap tech on your video than I learned from Biostrap over the past few years.

I’ll be honest. I’ve stopped wearing my Biostrap. I think this is a shame as I know I was one of the very first people sporting a Biostrap in Northern Ireland and perhaps in all of Ireland. I incorrectly thought that the Biostrap wasn’t as good as the Fitbit or Apple Watch because it didn’t do activity tracking but I never knew why. I’m sure the knowledge is published by Biostrap but I’m busy so I don’t go seeking this stuff out.

Now that I know there is an elbow or chest strap available for accurate green led #PPG monitoring , I’m ready to get this and give Biostrap another go.

#Biostrap you gotta watch this review and talk to this guy. He is an amazing ambassador for Biostrap.

    Great review.

  6. What is the feature you love the most about your activity/fitness tracker? In the Biostrap, I love the ability to measure heart rate variability (HRV)

  7. Thanks for an updated review! So many reviews of this are real old. I primarily do Orange Theory + Yoga + Weights. Do you think the shoe clip is necessary?
