1. Frank is not the tallest guy and during those windshield wipers he was millimeters from touching the floor. The same with the leg raises.

    Those Lebert parallettes are just too small for most guys. Doing dips on them wouldn't work for me.

  2. I’m not hating here. But I would personally love to see some new content from Frank. To me it’s all the same moves and the same style of training. I’d love to see some strength training, some more advanced calisthenics moves, etc…

    Knee slides 10 reps (each side)
    Pushouts 10 reps
    Windshield wipers 10 reps (each side)
    Running man 20 reps
    Knee raises 12 reps
    In/outs 15 reps
    1 like 1 sit up
    I skept abs
