  1. Didn’t want to workout but told myself 15 minutes at the very least. I’m glad I tricked myself because this workout FLEW by and I feel so much better. LOVE your videos!

  2. Hello! Did this one twice in a row bc the timing fit in perfectly with my short lunch break today. I know it was good bc my Fitbit had the beating heart with the dots around it meaning it was pumping. I liked this one alot. All classic and effective moves. 🅰️➕
