  1. Isnt lifting heavy weights or lifting anything heavy, bad for us women..? Umm idk my chiropractor , she always told me that a woman's body wasn't designed to carry or lift heavy stuff because our womb can fall and we are sensitive…

  4. Opposite problem here with leg presses. I'm 5'10 and I almost can't fully extend my legs on the machine at my gym. But it's still not as hard as being too short. I do empathize though.

  6. If an Asian can do it, then anyone can. Especially because Asians weren't genetically blessed with big butts. I've been working for a bigger butt for 2-3 years now and I'm really proud of myself. AND IM ASIAN.

  8. Hi Chloe, I've been following your workouts on glutes such as this video. However, my quads are becoming massive and my glutes still remain as a pancake. I tried squeezing the glutes but no progress so far. Any ideas? Could you post a video on more glute focus exercises? Thanks!

  10. be careful when you squatting with the bar you lost your posture and you can hurt your neck you definitely need a spotter everything else was fine.

  11. Do you have recommendations for what kind of shoes to wear when squatting and lifting weights? You have such good form and I've been struggling to stay balanced when squatting. I was wondering if in addition to some more core strengthening exercises, maybe switching the type of shoes I wear might help? Right now I wear Nike Free RN but maybe the heel is too high? I'd love any tips from you!

  14. I found the video with the timer and you doing it the most useful and motivating. Please please please make more videos like the 10 min intense abs workout routine. It makes workouts easier when theres a timer that keeps going and when someone is doing the workout with you.😁🐶💜💕
