  1. And like, good technique is nice but at a point it can hold you back. There is something to be said for just brutally pushing through reps even if it comes at the expense of a little bit technique. Sorry if im sounding quite critical^^i just feel like youve been fucking around a bit too much when you still have so much untouched muscle and strength potential

  2. I think your worries with pushing too hard are seriously holding you back bro! Tell marc once youre healed up you want to to a 10rm on every exercise, going balls to the wall to absolute muscle failure:) Thats what i would do. Wont hurt of you do that once and then youll have an actual idea where ur at with rpe. Also, are you still cutting? Cause you made some visible gainz and then i think you started cutting which i think might have been a mistake. Id recommend to just start a clean reasonable bulk that you can maintain for a year straight as soon as you feel healed, with a lot of volume and good intensity! Feel like youve just been jojoing a bit to much, also with your programs
