  1. Just started doing burpees on Sunday 5 sets of 4 and I intend to add on 2 more reps if I do them today and tomorrow. My goal is 5 sets of 20 by January 1st. And 5 sets of 70 to 80 by 2021. But I must confess; I HATE BURPEES!!!!!!!

  2. RipRight my man you're a beast!! Yeah i did follow along with this man no joke!! I couldn't even get up fast until ya boi Scott started yelling and i was like " Let's go!! ". looking forward to youas well Scott! Mad respect for both of y'all 👊👊
