1. Can you do a push routine workout ? I do push, pull, leg split twice a week with 1 half focussing on max strength and the other on endurance and am looking for inspirations . Thanks !

    This is what life truly is all about. I don't want to get all preachy but let's be honest. This world is turning into endless disagreements and people isolating themselves away from each other not understanding each other, here you guys just showing that humans can connect and convey teamwork.
