Great workout thanks. The plank squat thrusters are particularly brutal. Did this after the 16 minute upper body dumbell hiit and feel set up for the day.

I was thinking it's easy ( after completing few others Joe's HIITs on his channel) then on the 2nd round was about to give up thinking of many bad words to describe him during that work out, how ever barely finished last round sweating like never before, and probably will love him now after seeing the result of the HIIT ! #bosh! #wickedJoe! #bestCoach!

I wouldnโt call this advanced, itโs more intermediate. I think if itโs changed to 30s and 10s rest than it can be called advanced.

I do 12 minutes, am knackered and rest 5 mins, then do another 12.
I know itโs better than doing nothing but not as good as doing it all in one go.
Just wondering how much less effective it is with a break in between?

Aw nasty! Hard to keep up in the first round but easier to follow after that

When I first tried this I couldn't even get through the first round. Now I just barely completed the entire workout. Great video.

Although I love Joe's exercises I think doing other exercises on like fitness blender or chloe ting has made his workouts so much easier.

dear bodycoach is it better to do cardio and abs together or first do cardio and then abs workout
