  1. First off… ya boy def gunna cop some… second, where in tf did everyone learn the chemistry about these compounds and what they do? Steroids and other supps? I’ve scoured the internet looking for anything and everything that is backed up by research to explain this to me lol… anyone got any tips where I can find the info? Any literature that take about it?

I stopped listening to this kid when I realized he legit only regurgitated what he hears from others, advil before working out, the fact that you even did take advil before working out is totally negating the gains because of the inflammation properties of the advil and it prevents the muscle from growing because your sending mix signals to your body receptors, after a workout its idea to wait about 3 hours before you take anything to prevent inflammation so you dont cut your gains in half any young guys listening to this guy for advice I advise you too look some where else

  4. Fitness industry a lot of the men and women are not “fit” so yes always do cardio. keeps the body fat lower and keeps you happy. rather have 16 inch biceps than 20 inch and live till 100 rather than 70

  5. Definitely get into Jiu-Jitsu my man. You'll never have to worry about mobility/flexibility again, plus it's actually crazily intellectually stimulating. By far the most enjoyable cardio that you'll ever do in your life.

  6. Hey man, holding onto the treadmill while on an incline is the exact same thing as walking on no incline. Totally defeats the purpose. See hella ppl at the gym do this thinking they’re burning more calories than they really are!
