1. Hi Kate :). I just downloaded the LSF bundle and I am SO excited to start! I don’t have that much to lose, but I have inches to lose. My only concern is your calorie count for your nutrition seems incredibly low. I tried the 1400 calorie diet and that just put my body in starvation mode, making me actually gain weight. I try to keep my nutrition between 1700-1800 for my body of 160, 5 ft female. I am incredibly active at my job.
