How many Kcals do you burn when you do these exercises ??
Even though I have balance problems due to neuropathy, and am very overweight, I will try this routine.
I'm a retired Military and after retirement I could'nt keep up with my physical standards, however now after 11 years of retirement I can finally start with your workout plan which is very effective.
How long do you do the other exercises other then the running? How long do you do the situps, the mountain climbers, and the others
This is like not being a golfer but watching it on TV and thinking to yourself “that doesn’t look that difficult.”

This workout should be done daily or 4 days in a week?

So let me know if I’m getting this correct, each exercise is the duration of 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds????
Well shit I had Scoliosis so one of these are off the table
