  1. This was an amazing workout i got a few tips if anyone is interested

    1. Make sure you wear grip gloves or powder or wipe your hands after every set. I'm a heavy sweater and I almost had some close calls with my toes (workout at home) and my head. So be careful.

    2. Also with the figure eights make sure you put power behind them so you can catch it with the other hand. At first i wasnt able to grip the bell correctly so with that and sweaty hands plus half ass gripping the bell meant my toes were in danger.

  2. Omg I love this guy and his energy. He is so easy to follow along with!!!!!!! He kills it and saves me so much time! I love how he moves right next to the new workout with minimal time in between. It keeps my heart rate up like a Hiit workout. No need for me to take a long jog afterwards when my heart rate is in the 160s. Thanks so much.

  3. OOOOOOH!!! Daniel!!! I've been hoping you have a new upper body kettlebell workout. Been doing your "Legs and Glutes torture" workout for awhile and it gets me every time!! I can't wait to try this on Wednesday!!! Your timer is MUCH improved and I'm appreciating the music while working out. Thank you for making this video!! Greatly appreciate you!!
