This was an amazing workout i got a few tips if anyone is interested
1. Make sure you wear grip gloves or powder or wipe your hands after every set. I'm a heavy sweater and I almost had some close calls with my toes (workout at home) and my head. So be careful.
2. Also with the figure eights make sure you put power behind them so you can catch it with the other hand. At first i wasnt able to grip the bell correctly so with that and sweaty hands plus half ass gripping the bell meant my toes were in danger.
Thats all. Either way it was great and my arms are burning. Thank you Daniel!
Omg I love this guy and his energy. He is so easy to follow along with!!!!!!! He kills it and saves me so much time! I love how he moves right next to the new workout with minimal time in between. It keeps my heart rate up like a Hiit workout. No need for me to take a long jog afterwards when my heart rate is in the 160s. Thanks so much.
