  1. Amazing video! A lot of knowledge to take in here. I would love it if you made a playlist for dumbbell only workouts. If you do please let me know 👍🏼

  2. Unfortunately this dumbbell exercise was pointless. The chest is a large muscle group with different sections. If to do a chest workout like flat incline or decline, make sure you're sticking to that part of the chest for the whole entire workout you're confusing the muscle!

  3. ELbows flared out and going below 90 degrees. This is a good way to wear out your shoulder. Do gear, get muscles, and anybody will believe what you say i guess.
