  1. Hi guys!! Many thanks for your videos, very interesting. I'm just wondering if this core exercices are complementary to the one explosed on the December the 3rd video "How to get a strong core"? I mean, both exercice series can be done on alternative days? Thanks for your answer. KR!

  2. Oh man, I love this. It is selfish, but to come home, hit play, and just follow the video and not have to set timers and remember what exercise I am doing, is soooo nice and easy. Workout is perfect too.

  3. Hey guys, got a question for you. I am 245Lbs to 250Lbs in search for a strong mountain (bike hard tail) that wont collapse after a series of jumps or small crashes. Do you guys have any recommendations on a bike or components (frame, rims, tires etc) Im in great shape, just a larger individual. Thanks in advance!

  4. According to some neuroscientists, observing someone doing sport activates the same stuff that you would activate when doing sport yourself. Can you have Scott do more of those exercises which I can watch while having breakfast?

  5. Hi this looks really good to which i will start due to my core has always been weak. I had a MTB accident 2months ago and have a grade 3 disruption of the AC joint and since ive never been able to do a press up? Can u recommend a different exercise please?

  6. How can I get a question on the Dirt Shed Show if I don't have a Twitter, Facebook or any other form of social media? I have some questions that I feel would really help a lot of people, but I don't have any platform (except YouTube) to ask them. Is there an email or something?
