  1. Hats off to anyone who did the workout – started with Crossfit 2 weeks ago and already did my first open. I did the scaled version and managed to get 101reps. I'm so impressed by your dad and Jas. My lungs were on fire after this, but it felt so good to take this challenge. Can't wait to continue my journey and make progress. Also just love to watch your videos – keeps the motivation even higher! Greetings from germany 🙂

  2. It's was smoky outside in northern California when I did 20.1 and my allergies nearly killed my, but also I've only been doing crossfit since March. Rx and 114 rounds 🤷‍♀️
