20.1 is in the books. Definately NO NOT GO OUT HOT!!!!! I paced really well for my skill level and it still crushed me. I power snatched the entire time and didn't have an issue. I can cycle the bar well in the snatch but the burpees suck. i used the snatches for active recovery.
I literally got my HSTL made T – shirt delivered to me 2 hours before I was about to head to my affiliate to do 20.1. I’m going to wear it now during it.

Done a dummy run and I got 13:25.. definitely should of done the first few rounds a bit slower😅
