  5. I almost teared up when I finished this and you guys were congratulating us on finishing. I feel like this is the first goal I've accomplished in a while and it feels very… I can't think of the word for it, but it's good and emotional lol. Thank you for these five day workouts as a good starting point for short term goals :')

  6. Loved this 5 day challenge!! Day 3 was the sweatiest, and the soreness is real! I used to work out at orange theory and these workouts leave me feeling accomplished and like I HIIT at the good muscles. Thank you two for providing a FREE and fun access to health and wellbeing. I've been working out with you for over 3 years, and I can't wait for more. Keep blendin the fitness!!

Alhamdulillah, I did it. my back is almost gone because of those deadlifts. may be my back was kinda round. so guys and girls really do take care of your back and make sure its straight. and from yesterdays kick boxing my rhomboids and shoulder is in real pain. thanks thanks FB for this 5 days. it was amazing. btw, i made my youtube account just to throw my comment here

  8. Yes I did it challenge complete!  Found Day 3 to be a tough one for me, Day 4 was a challenge had to dig really deep as I haven't done kickboxing combos for awhile, had to really think.  Thanks really appreciate all you do!

  9. Oh my gosh! I took a days rest because i was too sore lol, but i finished! I had to work my way up to this challenge. It was INTENSE for me, but so fun because of the variety of exercises in each day. I felt the burn and it feels goood lol. Thank you!

  10. 5 day challenge completed. my fav day was day 3.adding just 2kg to upper body workouts increases the difficulty and the results. would love to see more of these 5day challenge workouts
