  1. Just love your workouts, you get straight into it. IT feels like you were in the room not letting stop. When I did stop.. It was the way like you knew I took a break. But got back into it.
    Great lessons, O watch the vid first then go the activity and can relate to your instructions.
    Good workout to slay it over and over and over.

  2. Been training for a couple of years with your vids, first 20 min heavy bag over and over again;-) Now there are tuns of good workouts. This one was easy for me, but it works to take a good look at the technic. Thank you coach you are the best! Greetings from Amsterdam

  3. Hey Nate. You ever experience tendonitis from boxing exercises? I have been having this since November. It's getting better but I can only hit the bag once a week. I took a month off beforehand. Been ice and massage and advil but advil only once a week now to ween off. And feedback would be greatly appreciated. Have a great day

  4. Been using your videos for just over 3 months now and its gotten me back into damn good shape. I just wanted to thank you man. Really has changed my life and gotten me back to where I was about15 years ago when I was in the military. Its also made me find a workout and sport I genuinely look forward to doing every single day. Thank you so much.

  5. This is great. I’ve just started doing your workouts but I wasn’t sure about what the numbers meant, as the boxing in classes I’ve been the used the names instead. Now all make sense!!
