  2. I have major body injuries and this helps a lot. I been doing this for 2 weeks. I see the results. Eat healthy and drink a lot of water. I have dessert after dinner or lunch. Limit your meals to 2-3 meals a day. I do 1 mile walk too from them.

I am a prayer walker and really miss the days it rains and when I can't walk outside…I live in Ohio and it has been a rainy summer…this is an answer to prayer…I will do this on days when I can't walk outside…and I don't move this much on a prayer walk…I am stuck at a plateau in my weight loss…and I am thinking this may help to get me past that…well even if it doesn't help me lose weight at least I will be getting a healthy workout…I like it because it looks doable…and it works out so many muscles in the body…I am just so happy to find this channel 💜 I am sure you help so many people Lisa…praying God's blessings on you today 🙏🙏🙏

I am 14yrs old and I weight 199. something pounds. my mom then encouraged me to do this Zumba workout dance, whenever she tells me to do it I really don't want to do it…because of the way I weigh my body will not let me… but now this morning I've done like couple of the Zumba workout dance and I am really feeling it…. in my muscles, everywhere~! and pls if you have any advice for me I will really appreciate, I need to burn down all this fat… I mean a 14yr old girl weighs 199.something pounds… ah no no no no no it needs to come dowm.. I mean it's too much. don't u agree with me? and again thank u for this video it's helping me:):)))):):):

  6. I used to hate workout videos because I wasn't in shape and couldn't finish because I got tired halfway through, but this workout is just the right speed for me! I love it. My goal is to do this everyday!
