  1. Just attempted this workout after all day out with family. And for almost 40 years old, I was impressed with how far I got. Did 10 rounds…now that I finished, I’m pretty sure I could’ve done the 15 rounds. I subbed this today for my leg workout, and I’m glad I did. Next time I’ll plan for this (equipment wise at my gym) and just do it fasted early in the morning. Awesome workout…

  2. In your Q &A you said you don’t believe in fasted cardio but in some of your videos you do it… can you explain why you made the change?

  3. Ok guys let have a nice warm up ok! First we’re gonna have 1 min on the bike than 10 squats, 10 deadlift, and 10 chest press after 15 rounds will start the pre workout to get us ready for our workout #gyro training

  5. It's all good for cardiovascular health, but as far as fat burning, high intensity activities don't burn fat, they use glucose and glycogen as fuel source. You just depleted your glycogen stores.
