Just attempted this workout after all day out with family. And for almost 40 years old, I was impressed with how far I got. Did 10 rounds…now that I finished, I’m pretty sure I could’ve done the 15 rounds. I subbed this today for my leg workout, and I’m glad I did. Next time I’ll plan for this (equipment wise at my gym) and just do it fasted early in the morning. Awesome workout…
