1. This was so hard but right after I felt so good and I did it for 3 weeks and now I feel like a whole different person even my parents say I’ve lost some wait this was AMAZING!

  3. ahhh! my buns and legs are burning! ive been doing it for two weeks and already see results! now for two more weeks and cant wait to see the results after a month of doing it! great workout!
