  3. Love your videos, Coach Kel! Studied ballet as a kid, now over 50, put on 40 pounds after quitting smoking, then broke my foot. Aarrgghh! Finally ready to get back in shape, found your videos, feeling the burn! Great workout! Thank you so much!
