Hi Rachel, I have subscribed to your 7 day meal plan. However, because of my young age I am not able to buy your 3 day workout plan for lean legs. I struggle from bulky legs and fat around my inner thighs. Is there anything you suggest me to do or sites you suggest me to visit? Thank you.
