It's really hard to workout legs for me since I'm 14, and I'm too young to go to the gym I have to use an old barbell and dumbell and I try my best to get stronger and better, however its hard when you alone working out legs with a barbell, if you go heavy you need assistance which I don't really have, so I have to go light, and that's annoying.

I normally only take 1 minute rest between reps. Is that a problem if my heart rate is manageable?

where is the compound work? I got weaker by not doing squats and doing fluff pump machines like that would've loved some back squats
