  2. In your first example you said when you go heavy you tend to you use your quads more. Try pushing with your heal and squeezing the butt then you shouldnt feel it in the quads. Lifting heavy is always better for growth. The stronger you get the bigger your muscle needs to become to handle the load. If you want to tone your butt then it would make sense to go lighter.

  3. I wanna try these but some werido at the gym might record me and then I'd end up on one of those 'gym fail' compilations on YouTube.
