  2. I just started going to Planet Fitness again. I used to dread going because mainly I hated the traffic and of course..I didnt wanna work out ๐Ÿ˜… However, a new one just opened closer to me and I decided to just go and check it out and so glad I did! The atmosphere is awesome and never crowded (I go in the am). I realize how happier I am when I workout too!

  3. I've been wanting to sleep too ๐Ÿ˜ข my sister being sick is crushing my soul…look up "wet brain" keep your thiamine cranked…you can get wet brain through drinking alcohol and/or huge weight loss…I take D3 B1 B12 and a few other things…I'm now a size 10

  4. I used to be in love with the elliptical too and it was routine for me to around the same time from 6 to 8 I was there Faithfully a while ago. Now on to the weights that I used to be scared of LOL I couldn't keep up with that low carb I did not like the low-energy it was hard to get through my workouts so now I eat me some carbs before I workout and I can literally go for 2 and 1/2 hours before I fatigued

  6. hey, i just saw a 9month old video and this new video, i dont know if u lost weight, but i suggest for u to hire an online professional coach to be honest and there are many online! just find someone u can trust. and i'd say avoid planet fitness cuz its useless! go to a real gym were people are pushing themself over their limit. and not a safe space gym, i suggest u focus on urself. im a guy and i was skinny when my ex left me, now im well built physically, i go to the gym, my finance on point, my face got way better, i spend all my energy toward myself rather than my ex, and i can tell u its MARVELOUS! i met so many new people and i realized what i have been missing in life. wish u the best, god bless!
