  1. I'm new to the gym and picked this for my first leg day and it wiped me out to say the least My legs were toast after the sumo squats and hip bridges, and I only used a 20lb preloaded barbell and this girl is doing lunges with 70!! Holy heckin' Bob!

  2. Your amazing! I’ve watched your videos everyday for the past two weeks. I’ve been in the gym for almost a month now and just got the courage to deadlift and do squats with the bar. I’m not sure if that’s even how you say it 🤣 your my encouragement! Everyday going in I have to talk myself into going in Especially being infront of everyone. But thanks so much for your videos!   3. This is awesome, thank you! I broke my wrist recently and I've been doing my own PT for it. I strength train 5-6 days a week. I have been slowing getting back to the strength I had before the break. I did this routine before arm day today and it helped so much!

  5. This looks awesome! I always find myself getting bored and lacking motivation with repetitive movements. This changed my mind about working out and made me want to get back into it. I've just gotta stop being lazy.
