How long do you have to exercise for it to show improvement in your sexual life? I usually have trouble with leg strength while squatting but id like to change that.
I'm new to the gym and picked this for my first leg day and it wiped me out to say the least My legs were toast after the sumo squats and hip bridges, and I only used a 20lb preloaded barbell and this girl is doing lunges with 70!! Holy heckin' Bob!

This is awesome, thank you! I broke my wrist recently and I've been doing my own PT for it. I strength train 5-6 days a week. I have been slowing getting back to the strength I had before the break. I did this routine before arm day today and it helped so much!

This looks awesome! I always find myself getting bored and lacking motivation with repetitive movements. This changed my mind about working out and made me want to get back into it. I've just gotta stop being lazy.

Actually, the way to feel squats more in your hamstrings is to tuck in your tailbone "towards your belly button" 😉
I’m definitely gonna use my bands for glute activation! Wish I would’ve done that today! Thanks girl!

If I tried to lift a 70 pound preloaded barbell over my head I wouldn’t have been able to get it back around lol 😂 I struggle with 40!
