Hey everyone! Excluding the warm up and the cool down routine, these are our current hardest routines. And they’re placed in certain parts of our class. So they’re not normally meant to be done back to back. You can see that as we go on, we’re getting tired and our form is not as good because we’re exhausted! 🥵 So be mindful of how you feel while attempting this workout. Do the modifications as needed and take water breaks whenever you want. Let me know what you think! ❤️

Holy hell that was hard. If you have trouble following, try listening to the beats of the music because many parts of the workout follow the beat. Idk I found it helpful 😁😵
