1. You just encouraged me so much. I weigh as much as you use to and was a cheerleader in high school like you and weighed around 125-130 pounds. I lose weight and gain weight fast just like you as well. I just drove to my YMCA and signed up for a spin class and bought an Apple Watch 😅💜
