  2. Hey Lucy…hope you read this. I generally don't comment on any videos, couldn't stop myself today. I am doing all your workouts on rotation..I don't do the same everyday..since I know my body .it gets used to same moves and it doesn't benefit. I love all your workouts..you are very motivating. this one was amazing. Pls reply whether this rotation of work outs helps or not

Love these workouts, I have borderline asthma so high cardio workouts aren't good for my breathing, but I am pear shape and have been noticing a lot of weight gain even though I don't have an particularly unhealthy diet. I'm trying to up my fruit and veg intake even more, and work out what is causing my metabolism to be so slow (my sister has an underactive thyroid so I'm wondering if that's the same for me). In the meantime I'm going to do one of your walking workouts every other day. Great idea to listen to music while doing this video on mute as well. Xx

    I have discovered your exercises on Youtube only recently. I have already been into healthy lifestyle, eating healthily, drinking lots of water, doing yoga/meditation and exercising. Your routines just perfectly fit in my already-healthy-lifestyle. I just want to tell you that I like your exercises because they are achievable for all. You have brought in the exercise culture into the society that is surely loved by many. You also educate people on your videos that cover all-round knowledge of mind and body. Another thing I like about you is that you have positive outlook and you encourage people to live healthily irrespective of age. I, myself, believe that age is just a number and that you can stay fit and healthy at any age. When I go out with my 30+ grown-up children, people think that I am their sister. I think my positive beliefs and endeavours to keep fit and healthy reflect on the way I look. Moreover, you have reinforced my beliefs. Believing wise, I have so much in common with you and you have achieved such skills and knowledge at such a young age. Well done and please keep going for us. By the way, when I do your exercises that you present with two options, I mix and match, e.g. some I choose from the lower and some from the higher level. Stay blessed.

  6. I am really loving your workouts!! Easy moves and can tailor. One thing I was wondering is on stretches at the end they seem a bit short, I thought about 30 seconds a stretch is most beneficial. Thoughts please? Angela

  7. Lucy, ​I love your energy…I am 71 years and I am determined to trim, tone and lose weight using your workouts. Women if you read this I can't-do everyone well but what I am doing is learning and getting more able to follow Lucy each time. Women, my age have told me there is no way I can get rid of my "Grandma Wings" because my skin has lost it's tone for ever. Lucy. I want to prove them wrong. If I do your arm fat e-book can I tone my "Grandma skin?

  9. Hi Lucy, I just found you recently. I started with 15 mins walking routine for 2 weeks and then shifted to this routine. Please let me know how many calories does this workout burn. I am 43 years old and weigh 76 Kgs. My target is to get to 65 Kgs. How long will it take?

  10. I've been trying to lose weight and tone up for about 6 weeks and I've lost 4kg, I've been eating less and more healthy as as well as more exercise. But though you can see a difference – I definitely look slimmer and feel a lot fitter my measurements have barely changed. Can anyone help me as to why this is? x

  15. As a mother with three young children who are always with me I LOVE the indoor walking videos! I also really enjoy the monthly challenges. It is so nice to have it all mapped out for me so that I don't have to try and decide what to do every day. Finding your videos has truly been a life changer for me! Thanks for putting so much thought into the workouts-it really shows.

    I am wondering if you have considered doing a 3-5 minute warm up video? There are many mornings when I do your one minute warm up video and I have to keep repeating it because my muscles are so stiff. I really liked the longer stretch portion at the end of this video. Thank you, thank you!
