  4. I had to take about maybe 7 literally 5 second breaks just to take a breath cause I am bad at breathing while working out. Considering I’m only 10 yo, I’m pretty proud of myself

  5. just did all 3 of her workouts. I'm sweaty af and my muscles hurt but I'm feeling so good. gonna have a nice shower now. would 100% reccomend all of her workouts. Alexis u are amazing ❤️❤️❤️
