    Arive at 7 am and the breakfast is disgusting.

    Hardy any breakfast

    Lunch: Is at 12:40 pm and im starving to death. Im just praying that they serve something good.

    Decent amount of lunch but not enough

    Snack: its usually very bad but i hope its pb&j

    Always hungry after snack.

    I finally arive home at 5:30 pm and goble up EVERY DAM THING my mum made.

    Mmm

    Then i get hungry around 9-10pm and by then their is no food so i just eat cereal.

    Sleep at 11-11:30pm

    Start over

  11. I work three over night shifts 12-14 hours each . I share custody of my children four days a week . On Tuesdays . Wednesday’s, and Fridays after I get home from work and go to sleep at 9 am I have to wake up at 1 pm and get my kids . Days I don’t have my kids I sleep all day. So I have to eat a certain times to lose weight ? Not gonna Happen

  12. The refined processed flour in pasta that you buy is still a catastrophe for your body. You should go for cold potatoes or pasta made from stonemilled flour instead, or pasta made from e.g lenses.

  15. What has been working for me is calorie logging, not eating after 8pm, meal prepping, exercising, and portion control. I usually have breakfast between 7 and 9 am, mid morning snack between 10 and 11:30am, lunch at 1pm, evening snack at 4pm, dinner at 6pm and an optional 8pm snack. I use myfitnesspal for calorie counting. Lately I have been taking time to plug all my day's meals at once. I will think about all I want to eat and when, log it all in during morning downtime, and not have to focus on calories in the day Because I already know what I told myself I was going to eat that day.

  16. I don't like meat in the morning – the thought of heavy foods to break my fast isn't appealing. I hope it can work if I just think through the timing. I think you're all right – it is about a long period of not eating (say 6pm to 9 am) that helps.

  17. Eat right and exercise it always works. Stay away from all you can eat and supersize drinks and meals. We eat too much but we can change those bad habits it just takes time and commitment 😊
