1. Protein does not spike insulin and it never can , it is an amino acid. You need to better research. Read dr Atkins book new diet revolution and you will learn that protein has very little ability to spike our insulin.

    I am 30yrs old i was dieting my whole adult life .. i know every diet on the plant plus i am a pharmacist so i know much more than normal person how diet , and when I listen to this was like i am listening to something from the aliens!!
    I was doing everything wrong my whole life

  3. "Dementia, Alzheimer, poor eyesight and the annoying wake up and pee in the middle of the night" is real, pre-diabetic is hell scarier, thanks for the information Dr. Berg, i'm 2 months on low carbs and sugar diet. Going strong day by day!

  4. Dr Berg’s wheat grass juice powder tastes excellent. I look forward to making a green protein smoothie with it everyday. It tastes great when mixed with 3-4 frozen strawberries, almond milk and banana flavored Isopure (low carb). Out of all his supplements, the wheat grass powder is the one product I will not be without. Thank you Dr Berg for all you do to promote getting healthy then losing the weight. It makes so much more sense to me now.
