Now what I’m going to say is going to sound crazy, but it’s the honest to God truth…. I was 99 pounds at 30yrs old and already gave birth to 3 daughters. I didn’t look sick, but I just was skinny as shit and ate a whole lot but I really couldn’t gain weight. I tried everything but still nothing. What I did. (Don’t Judge me) lol…. it worked quickly and I was sooo happy. The compliments were crazy… I used Similac (baby formula with iron) that’s what makes babies sooo chubby…lol. I substituted everything that required milk with similac…. mashed potato, Mac and cheese, whatever. I will do a video with pics on my channel.

I use the fitness pal app as well but I'm a dancer and I've been trying to get into weight lifting. Do you think you could do a video on how you count the calories you lose while working out? Or even a video of what you do at the gym? That would be so so helpful, you're the best love ❤
I love that woman are speaking about weight gain in a positive manner… It's always about losing it. Diets, exercise, pills and potions lol! But never for those who want the weight. Alot of women do and can't figure out how to do so because it's not discussed like weight is somehow wrong or taboo… girl live your best extra life!!!I was like -110 3 years ago and now I'm 160+ and I love it.
How tall are you love ? edit: I love mass gainer I’ve been using it for a year & it’s amazing {alongside of heavy weight lifting}🙌🏾 I gained 30 pounds in about a month in a half when I’m really serious. I’m 5’7 147 lbs & you do get gassy 😂
