  1. Thanks for the video, can you do more videos on motivation for beginners. I was slim and hitting the gym daily/ motivated but  gained 100 pounds in 2 years from stress losing my job. How do you stay so motivated to maintain the routine.

    our fitness generation is trash.
    first a dude ''working core'' while eating pizza.
    now kids going on instagram , and they wonder why they is a toothpick.
    training should be fun and effective
