  1. Sanne…I’m super disappointed with myself, I’m already thin but I want a thigh gap and a flat tummy. I eat really healthy and I’ve been doing 2-4 of your workouts a day on top of dancing and swimming once a week. The problem is that I see no results, nothing has changed. What can I do?

  2. i started this workout plan yesterday and i will do it for the whole month,please remind me to update!
    my start weight: 51.3 kg¨
    goal weight: 47 kg
    thighs: 53 cm
    goal thighs: 50 cm
    day1: i did this today at night and it was intense! i really felt the burn. Between i did all the three workouts.but i forgot to do the stretch

    day 2: 50.6. i felt sore from yesterday, but i did the wotd today 3 times with stretch and I was really sweating, it felt good

    day 3: 50.5 i did not lose weight and im a lill upset cause i didnt eat that much yesterday but i think my thighs are thinner. I did the three workouts and my breasts actually seems bigger after the breast lift workout, the workouts wasn´t so hard today. i ate healthy since day 1

    Day 1: my legs are burning and sweating coz I was working out with a sweater (yes I’m dumb) but I’m trying to get thinner legs and lose some of my belly fats and get an 11 abs line yeppp. It was hard and my butt too idk why lol

    Day1:I did the only inner thing gap workout you need the second is inner thing burner and the second upper leg slimming and slim down inner thing i did the first at 6:00 and the others before i sleep i feel a little bit of pain might be bc i didn’t stretch 🤭

Sanne I just want to say thank you I struggled with a eating disorder last year and when I came out of it I finally realised that working out can be fun and it doesn’t matter about loosing weight but making yourself happy. It’s just sad that I put myself through pain when there was better and more fun way to feel good about your body. So thank you for helping me realise that ❤️

    Day 1 : I did the 3 workouts super Vander fit pro it feel burning in my thights but I love it
    Day 2 : I did the workout 2 times it was harder than first day but I did it ❤️

  11. Hello Sanne! I just wanna say a huge thank you for your videos and motivation! I've been doing your workouts for month & I definitely feel stronger and my body became more fit. I'm full of energy and confidence right now, I can't spent a day without doing some physical activities 😂❤️

My bday is this month yey I'm gonna be 15 yrs old on 14 september yesss but I lost my baby rabbit recently on 28 August around 11pm and his daddy rabbit 2 months ago and his daddy's brother 1 Yr ago I'm dead inside I donno want to do whether I should celebrate my bday or not I'm just upset 😔😭😭💔

    Beginner
    Intermediate
    Super Vanderfit Pro

    The beginner level only does the first workout
    The intermediate does 2
    And the Super Vanderfit Pro <3 does all 3

    If you want to lose weight faster you can also add cardio on top of the workouts. I recommend dancing, running or swimming.
