  4. Maybe, this type of obsession on meat eating is an expression of Xenophobia. Rice is for Asians! Potatoes are for side dishes. Beans are for hispanics! Vegetables are for women and gays.

    A small percentage of the public is overweight or diseased or vegetarian. Would you consider creating a playlist for lighter recipes or vegetarian recipes, or both? I happen to be sensitive to my food and feel it for hours afterward, regardless of how much I enjoy it while I'm eating it. That's neat that you were on Rachel Ray. I saw your website but I couldn't understand what it was for. Maybe, just to promote yourself, for TV appearances. I'm 45, so I guess I've gone through the change of life, where food does affect me and my life and my chances for long term happiness. You are so young and healthy! I guess you don't have that problem, so you are just helping people with flavor. Maybe, you can help people out, now, because one day you may go through the change of life and food will affect you and not always in a positive way.

  6. You can also use an immersion blender to get the cauliflower smooth and creamy. That's what i did and it came out nice! I also want to add the pecorino romano cheese really makes this dish stand out. Thanks for the excellent recipe!
