1. When you say "weight loss", I think you mean "fat loss" because weight loss is a misnomer. Ideally, you want to build muscle. You should also consider going plant-based while training in the gym. I have noticed great results doing this.

    how did u heat up the food at the fridge?how long do u heat it up for?

  3. frozen broccoli? pre-roasted meat? that's healthy food turned into fast food.
    You can make a slice of good meat and fresh broccoli in 15min… no pre-made food…
