  1. The title is definitely a way to grab attention for people that don't feel great in their skin or with their bodies. This title is a form of body shaming people. "Body positivity means accepting the body you have as well as the changes in shape, size, and ability it may undergo due to nature, age, or your own personal choices throughout your lifetime. It's the understanding that your worth and what's going on with you physically are two separate entities — that no matter what's happening inside, outside, or to your body, you're still just as worthwhile as the person next to you". Good luck to all make changes to improve health!

  2. What if you was small then gained massive weight loss some then gained it all back also what should I do if I'm on medication that's confirmed weight gain? Should I just stop taking my medications? I only take it for sleep purposes.. please help me

  3. Hey there you I watched your videos for a month. So so inspiring. Followed some of your workouts and sorry googled others. Lost 2kgs in 5 days. Nothing can stop me now. I workout everyday at home and out walkin. Gave up smoking yesterday. All good and not a big drinker. Sounds sad but have wanted to shift 5k for ever. It is honestly like a walk in the park. It really does start with a decision. My husband is now on board. Exercising is tough but I get home drop the uniform into work gear and it feels SO GOOD when I am done. I have nowhere near the weight you lost but sometimes 5k feels like an insurmountable goal. Thank u thank u. Off for my walk. Cheers ears from New Zealand 🐑

  4. I wonder if people hit thumbs down just because they can, or is it they really hate positive things…I just can't understand…lol possibly I will never know.

  5. I have watched and liked most of your videos because the messages are credible. But I don't like this one because of your misuse of terminologies. You said tip one is "strategizing". Your explanation of tip one has nothing to do with strategizing but more to do with self-auditing. Tip three should have been labelled "set realistic goals". Your explanation of a smart goal is incorrect. Overall, I think the content does not reflect the title of the video.

  6. a great way to stay motivated is to have a strong why, a deep purpose behind losing weight in 2019.

what i mean by that, a lot of people that want to lose weight when you tell them why you what to go to the gym they reply with "i wanna lose weight or i want to be healthier." thats a superficial goal because there is no meaning behind it.

for example this is the reason why i started going to the gym- I'm tired of being overweight, tired of having low self esteem, and having now confidence in myself, i want to lose the weight because i want to feel better about myself an know i was able to make it. I want to set an example an to motivate anyone thats struggling to lose weight that if i can do it anyone can.

compare to " i just want to lose weight to feel better" you gotta sit down and write down the reasons why you wanna lose weight, the deeper the reason the more meaningful it will become it will push you to go to the gym even when you dont want to go. and also is about changing the habits that you have, making smart choices about what to eat and drink. the only person thats truly standing in your way from reaching your goal is you. at the end of the day you are one decision away to getting the body you always wanted.

  7. You a real goat 🐐. Restarting my gym routine tomorrow. Currently 100kg at 5,10 but a majority of it is fat the goal this year is to lose that fat and put on some muscle mass, what is your opinion on cutting and bulking?
