1. Question about weight lifting basics. For example, when I do dumbbell incline press I do a set of 60s, then a set at about 40-45, then a set with 30-35s. At this point I feel exhausted. I want to do 4-5 sets instead of 3. Do I just need to keep working at it or should I lift lighter?
